Throughout our journey to become leaders, we will be faced with many tough decisions.  At one point or another some of those decisions will have to be made with consideration to doing the right thing or the easy thing.  In the scheme of things it may seem best to do the easiest thing even if it means “bending” a rule or allowing yourself to momentarily compromise your integrity however, at the end of the day we are judged by the choices we have made.  If you are willing to compromise on a small issue it won’t take long for you to be able to justify making a compromise on a big issue.  Remember this next time you consider you choices.
